I purchased the LG 86QNED80 and unfortunately, it arrived broken right out of the box. What made this situation even worse was LG’s customer service. Despite reporting the issue immediately, I was told that a refund or replacement would not be possible for two months. Being left with a non-functional TV of this size and cost while waiting such an unreasonable length of time is extremely disappointing. For a premium brand, I expected far better support and accountability. This has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I cannot recommend this product or the company’s customer service. Not picking the broken tv and not refunding

I bought a LG STobe the one with the blue oven we used the the oven for the first time and with the grease that got on the bottom the paint got damaged losses the bright blue color now it has gray mate spot i can believe how it can get damaged with just cooking, spend over 1400.00 bought the warranty and not best buy or the warranty took care of it they just said is cosmetic so bad service trying to make them understand that is cosmetic damaged that shouldn't happen at the first tome using it bad paint quality

Lunby’s terrible customer service — on June 10th, they received my return and promised to issue a refund within 14 days. It has now been 80 days, and I still haven’t received my refund. I have called six or seven times, and each time they promised either within 72 hours or within 14 days, but so far nothing has been refunded. Their after-sales service is absolutely awful. Every time I get transferred, I am left on hold for hours, and then they randomly hang up on me. The staff have no training at all and clearly don’t know what they are doing.

This LG is very upset. Never buy an LG Electronics product. Purchased end of April washer and dryer from Home Depot. Home Depot does not have a repairman list for the brands they sell that are able to do warranty product repairs like Menards. Since we live in a rural area, there are no, nada, none repairmen that does warranty work on LG products. Since they could not convince any repairman closer to the populated areas to travel 1,2 or 300 miles I had to jump through many hoops to get them to allow a replacement since they would not accept a repairman close to home because they may overcharge and I would have to eat the repair service bill. They decided in beginning of July to send me a new washer and I am still waiting. They want me to pay the Fed x bill to return the defective washer and send a receipt. Now why should I pay the bill. They may overcharge and I won't pay for it and they probably take a year to reimburse me. DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS. PASS THIS ALONG IF YOU CAN. EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW BEFORE PURCHASE. IF YOU LIVE IN A RURAL AREA AND HAVE A WARRANTY REPAIR NEEDED, PLEASE KNOW THAT CLEAN LAUNDROMATS DO EXIST. YOU SHOULD PLAN AHEAD NOW, PRIOR TO A BREAKDOWN. AHHH FEELING MUCH BETTER. They are an electronics company and have no app online to streamline the procedure with COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS OR REPAIRS. I should have read the reviews beforehand.

Horrid customer service. I have been trying to get some parts for my washing machine (that should have been included with delivery) for over FOUR months. Today, requested a supervisor….there is not one available. Seriously? I won’t be purchasing LG products in the future.

Do not buy, the appliances only last for a year to 5 which is what there warranty covers. They ask you to pay authorized service center fee $399. If issue occurs after 90 days you will have to pay the fee again. I have other appliances who are older and working better. Terrible appliances overall.

Their warranty is a total scam. The compressor went out within its warranty time, but they still charge me $500 for the technician to come out here and replace the compressor that only took him an hour to replace complete scam. I’ll never buy another LG product again.

Worst stove I’ve ever bought. Also they have terrible customer service bought a 2000 dollar stove that has never worked right got ahold of lg multiple times sent them my receipt multiple times and nothing has ever been done. I will never by an lg product again.

Within the first 3 months they had to replace the left French door because we got no water from dispenser due to line freezing. We also had to replace the compressor and we ended up paying almost $500.00 out of pocket when the compressor was a known problem. They supposedly sent out notices to customers but we never received one. The supposed 10 year warranty on the compressor is not what they lead you to believe! Now the coil is leaking. Please for those reading this carefully consider before buying an LG refrigerator. They don’t stand behind their products!

Dishwasher just shuts off randomly. I can not find anyone to fix it. I am not spending what I paid for it. I will just buy another one, not LG. Never again. Called all repair companies from Atlanta to Aurburn and either they want 120.00 to diagnose then 150.00 plus parts. Not happening......

I don’t even want to give a star my lg dryer trips my breaker (lg washer works fine connected to same outlet) but they came out and the guy didn’t even turn it on to see it trip the breaker I had to do it myself to show him he was just saying oh yeah oet has good power etc he saw the problem took a picture sent it to the lg services while he waited for response he connected my dryer to an extension cord across my garage and said look works fine I approve of this. Just use it like that. In the moment they called him back and said my breaker was to high for the dryer since it was gas I told him repeatedly that no it’s the same voltage needed for it to work that we connected other appliances and none trip breaker just the dryer. He mumbled and said well I don’t know I’m not an electrician that’s what they told me , I even mention a dark burned mark inside the dryer he said that normal. Like no it’s not sir. He just ignored the fact that my husband a licensed electrician was telling him the breaker was also at prover voltage he would just mumble and say well are going in circles I’m leaving don’t contact LG anymore. NEVER AGAIN PURCHASING LG PRODUCTS.

We bought a front loader washer, three months ago. It’s squeaking extremely loud and getting somebody out here to fix it is impossible, I have learned. Absolutely do not buy an LG appliance because the customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever had in my life. I feel like I’m being punked. Running around in circles trying to get somebody to help me. There is absolutely no help from the customer service department. If I could give them a -100 for the rating I would.

Bought new lg kitchen appliances 5/2022. Had two service calls for refrigerator repair. The range needs a new surface control switch. All sites that carry the switch " no longer in stock"! Not even on LG's site. Called LG and the can replace the switch for$349.00! This range is 3 years old! Never buy LG again!

I bought LG LRFXC2606S fridge It started to show rust on the door after 4 months. Since it’s still under warranty, I called customer service to get some help. I was told that this is cosmetic and not covered under warranty. My point of view is that this is a manufacturing issues. If it was coated properly that would never happen. After long debate, They offered to send me somebody to check it out. However they charge me 450 CAD. This is not acceptable resolution by a company I thought reputable and stand behind their products Last time ever to buy LG

LG refused to allow me to get a tracking number so I could refuse shipment of an “exchange” for a microwave that stopped heating food. I originally thought they could refund it, since I got it in June and it did not function in July. However, they said only an exchange is possible. It took about two weeks and I was moving out my belongings from my home into storage and they still could not provide a tracking number. They declined to allow me to refuse shipment, claiming each time they escalated it and I would receive an email. I never did for 7 days. At that point, I just wanted to refuse shipment. My mail goes to a UPS store and the store said I needed a tracking number to refuse shipment. LG “customer service” refused to provide it despite multiple transfers to their authorization team. I will NOT guy another LG item again, based on their lack of accountable or effective customer service. Not providing a tracking number is ridiculous.

I had purchased a 5 year warranty .now I will say that the repair person did come and fix the digital number panel. But I also have peeling on the door. Now I paid extra waited longer for this stove which is black stainless obviously it is coated with something to make it look black .well it's peeling and the warranty claims it's cosmetic!! No it's manufacturer flaw they charge extra for that !!!!!

I spent thousands of dollars with lg but they don't care about their customers at all. If I could give a no star rating I totally would. I replaced my kitchen appliances and was given a "free" tv wich came damaged. Accidents happen so I get that and requested a replacement. I checked the replacement as shortly after it arrived and it to was damaged! I don't know if it was just negligence or because it was "free" but after hours and hours on the phone and chat, they said they wouldn't help me at all eventhough I didn't cause the damage! So crazy that they care so little fir their customers! Buyer beware!

I'm shocked that you have the nerve to ask what went wrong! Everything went wrong from lying about your warranty, to never being able to speak with anyone who knows anything! Your entire company is a joke and the service providers you have are an even bigger joke!! You must all ban together and agree to never speak to anyone. LNS Services LLC in the Granbury TX area is an even bigger joke. They came out and replaced my refrigerator compressor and the brand new one completely failed within two weeks!!! I will NEVER buy another LG product as long as I live and I will tell everyone I know what a terrible company you are!!
