Bought dryer. Quit drying before 30 days. Took forever to get it fixed. Now it has quit again. We have been trying 3 weeks to get it fixed and nothing but lies. Said they would call Monday noon to set up for technician. No call. When we called back, they said expect a call from remaining Monday through all day Tuesday. LG needs to fire all their Customer Service and start all over. I have an LG refrigerator, microwave and dryer but I will never buy another appliance from them and will tell all family and Friends to do the same.

I have spent weeks trying to get my microwave replaced. LG customer service is the worst. I have spent hours on the phone, they promise to email and don’t. I had to fight to get a shipping label to return my defective microwave. They have my old one and I still don’t have a new one. I’ll never buy an LG product again.

My refrigerator had fan issues! Called customer service and went through a bunch of nonsense questions! Service/tech took over a week to come out and came with no parts to repair! Said they needed to order the parts and it would take 7 days! It has now been almost 2 weeks and still no working refrigerator! Requested that LG make this right by replacing the product and was told no! DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCT if you wanna be without a refrigerator for over a month!

I got an LG tv less than a year and a half ago and now a vertical line suddenly shows up on the screen in certain blue hues. I called LG and they had me do a screen test and text them a bunch of pictures and immediately agreed that the entire panel needed replacing BUT that I’d have to pay the repair with a local company off their list…. The companies I was given either didn’t answer, had a disconnected phone, have terrible online reviews, had an attitude issue. Finally I got one to give me a price, almost $400 without tax. I begged LG to cover the labor cost because I didn’t do anything do damage the TV and all they could tell me is that their 5 year warranty only covers parts, but within the 1st year they would’ve covered labor too. Despite it being a defective product. So I’m expected to pay $400 plus tax out of the blue, terrible service and limited sympathy. They weren’t kind about it either.

We bought over $10,000 worth of LG slim Q series appliances in 2019-2020 and they want $400 plus parts just to come work on gas range, dish washer. Microwave already replaced at our expense. NO MORE LG FOR US

My dishwasher is not working. LG corporate office representative confirmed that I'd need to pay approximately $500 for a technician to come out to diagnose the issue and perform any repair. The equipment was purchased 2019. This is unfair; especially, that $500 can purchase a new equipment. Another option I was offered was a 15% discount on a new equipment. At this time I will go to Whirlpool brand which I had before and never broke down. I only replaced it because I wanted new equipment.

My machine stopped working after 4 months. It’s been over 1 month they are still waiting for parts and asking me to be patient. I spend 800.00 on this machine and I still have to go out to a laundromat. LG customer service is awful! I will never buy LG again

I have a smart LG smart TV. They just did a monitory update and now if I don't accept a new more invasive user agreement, my TV won't open any apps. It's basically now useless.

I bought a new washer from LG website directly few months ago with 1 year warranty. It has NOT Been working for over a month now. The repairs came several times and still cannot fix it. LG approved replacement one week ago, but there is no word from them and now they’re asking for the pictures again, but Mr. different departments etc. I spent countless hours on the phone with LG. It’s terrible service and I will post everywhere to advise people to never ever buy a machine directly from LG. The warrant that the advertise is a fraud.

So far the dishwasher works fine, though I'm not sure what decade the racks were designed for because the holes on the bottom are so huge I needed to buy a roll-up dishrack to fill in the space so I could put smaller items there. However, their customer service is terrible. First of all, the number for customer service on the website is incorrect. When it's called, the customer is subjected to an interminable AI who will only allow particular options, none of which are actually customer service. The first time I called, I hung up on the AI because, since there was no option for customer service, I assumed I misdialed. When I tried the number again and realized the fault was with the website, I asked for "Parts," because that was the closest thing to what I needed (which was a decorative cover that was never installed). This time, the guy who answered scolded me for calling the wrong number, as if it was my fault. Then he cut the line after he said he'd transfer me. The third time I asked for "Parts" again, explained the situation with the number to the person who answered, and was finally transferred to customer service (after given the supposedly correct number, which was not on the website). The woman who answered at customer service was nice, though I had to convince her what a decorative cover was despite using the term for the part in the manual. She assured me up, down and sideways I would receive the part, and an email would come soon with tracking information. And then... Nothing. Several days later I called back, and was told they were missing some information in order to send the part. Information I was never asked for, nor was I contacted in any way so I could know the part couldn't be sent. This time I was given a case number at least, which I fear I will have to use, and again assured up, down and sideways I'd get the part. We will see. Now I understand all the one star reviews. We bought the dishwasher because our LG washer and dryer work really well. But if I'd known about how terribly the "Life's Good" company treats their customers, I wouldn't have touched them with a bargepole. 0/10 would not use again

I don’t think I have ever been more disappointed in a company than I am with LG. This experience has convinced me that ever purchasing an LG product is a non-starter. First off, the motherboard in our $2,000 dryer just failed for no reason. I went to LG’s website to find a replacement and, after entering all of the information they requested, I spent almost $300 purchasing the motherboard they suggested. We waited a couple of weeks (without a dryer this whole time), and when the motherboard showed up, it was the wrong part. Their wonderful website had suggested a fun part that would turn the barrel, but it would not activate the heat, so drying was out of the question. Then, I reached out to a person who informed me that they had sent the wrong motherboard. I told them what was going on and that we had already been without a dryer for more than a month, and the lady (Brandi) told me the correct part number. I sent the old motherboard back to them, but as suggested by Brandi, I purchased the new motherboard to avoid waiting extra days. She said they would refund the original purchase as soon as it arrived. What she never bothered to tell me is that they didn’t even have the frickin’ motherboard in stock, and they wouldn’t for yet another month. This will be the last time I ever spend a dime on the junk that is LG. Now, after all this time and frustration, we are just going to have to purchase a new dryer (and I promise you it won’t be an LG). LG likes to brag about their “outstanding customer service,” but I just wonder which models qualify for even “good customer service,” as mine certainly did not.

Worst customer service ever. Do NOT buy appliance from them. Bought a washer /dryer in Oct. The dryer NEVER worked properly. Called for service. They told us we had to use Sears appliance repair, which we did. Had to wait and wait for an appointment. One appointment was cancelled at last minute. Three different technicians came out - this is now April. No one can fix it. Called LG for a replacement. Was told that they need “three tickets” for repair work. They count three visits from Sears as ONE ticket. So NOW we have to get two other companies to come out ?! REALLY ??? Terrible customer service . Will never buy from them again.

LG appliances are trash and they should be ashamed of themselves! Bought a full LG appliance package 5 yrs ago and so far 3 out of the 4 appliances have already failed!! Main board on Microwave blew out (had to replace), dishwasher caught fire (had to replace, thankfully bought a different brand this time around) and now the fridge is leaking refrigerant and water flooded my kitchen!! Their appliances are a joke!! GET IT TOGETHER, SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

Same thing that everyone is saying. Bought a lot of LG products through the years and I believe the initials stand for lost goods the quality is just not there anymore and neither is the service. The decals game off right away and could not see the settings.did not have too long and when the buttons were pushed they dropped inside and the repair man that came out said the buttons were discontinued. We bought washer and dryer Samson this time and so far so good

I had a highly disappointing experience with the service. The technician did almost nothing—he merely cleaned the indoor unit with a toothbrush and water and wiped the dust off the outdoor unit. I was charged 850 without receiving a bill or any proper documentation. I never expected such unprofessional service from a reputed brand like LG. This has left me questioning my future decisions regarding LG products.

Dont buy LG online. We purchased a electric range delivered 13 days ago. Have called twice. Day 6 :New range 1. doesnt preheat to correct time. 2. doesnt heat to the correct temperature. 3. doesnt maintain oven temperature 4. burner on top comes on and goes off a few seconds later over and over again...never enough heat to cook anything. Both times I was told to keep using it because it takes 2 weeks to calibrate. Then I called again, day 13, and told to keep using it another week and it would recalibrate. Are you kidding? Ive thrown three things I baked away. I am a BAKER. That is BS. If I knew you were selling me an oven that now, evidently takes 3 weeks to be useable I would not have purchased it. I just want it taken away and my money back. This is what we have learned. DO NOT order online...buy locally so you can talk to people who arent reading from a script. Use a credit card, dont pay cash...you have more clout that way. We got a lemon. Im contacting our state Attorney General about this.

I paid for a washer and it was damaged in transit. I was told by the driver it would be returned and I would have a new dryer in less than a week. I was not contacted by LG so after 2 days I called to inquire about my replacement dryer. They in formed me it would take 10-14 business days. After 5 days I called to get an update. LG acted like they had no idea about my dryer. They even asked me if I still had it? After a 30 minute phone call they said it would be another 2 weeks.
