Purchased a 75inch UHD smart TV ( not cheap) and after 2 years of moderate use it had a blue hue to the picture. As time (3 months) went by it got worse. Did my research and found that LG used defective LED strips from a company called Vestel and it is a common complaint from thousands of LG TV owners. Contacted LG customer service ( A real joke there) and they refused to do anything about it even after acknowledging that the LED strips were indeed defective!!! I asked them as a customer service option, make on offer at a reasonable price to replace the TV and they refused. This is NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Horrible.
