what a terrible company. they send their authorized technician to repair my
refrigerator under warranty. not only it was not repaired , they damaged the
unit and claimed it was beyond repair .they took all parts and some from the
refrigerator with him, now i am left with a dead refrigerator under warranty and
was billed by LG for $549.00 dollars. scam
