I purchased two split AC units (1.5 ton and 2 ton) on April 5, 2024. After just a month, both units stopped cooling effectively. I reported the issue to customer care, and two technicians from GLOBAL AIRCON SERVICE were sent to fix it.
The technicians determined that the temperature was fluctuating due to the placement of the exhaust, which they had installed themselves after a two-hour argument about the correct positioning. Despite their efforts, the problem persists.
When I escalated the issue to the manager, Danish, he dismissively claimed that the AC units were ineffective because of the hot weather and said it was not their problem. Additionally, he behaved rudely and shouted at me.
To date, the issue remains unresolved, and I feel harassed as a customer. I expected better service and support, and this experience has been extremely disappointing.
