I regret to share my dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by LG. I acquired an LG AC unit last year, and unfortunately, due to apparent negligence in service, the unit experienced a gas leak issue. Despite my attempts to seek assistance via emails and calls, I have not received a satisfactory response from any level within the organization, from junior executives to upper management.
