I’m currently after two months dealing with the most fraudulent company I ever dealt with. I purchase a LG Washer from Lowe’s, washer stops with an error if IE(inlet error). I have spoken with them, text no less than 15 times. No call, no show the first time. Second time service repair guy comes and replace board on my brand new machine and then indicated in writing I purchased a lemon. After multiple conversation with the presidential counsel at LG I get scheduled a third visit, no call no show. They then have the documents that they did the work and provided a copy of a fake signature, supposedly mine. I am unable to get this resolved. Unfortunately I will see out an attorney. Do not buy from Lowe’s, they do nothing for you, or an LG product. Sears is their service contractor!!!! Never again!!!
