I have not been able to fix my washer for 2 months. I have 4 7 week old puppies who have been making huge messes I have no been able to clean up for the entire time they’ve been alive bc LG goes ‘round and ‘round and ‘round. As I type this I am begging them to give me the correct model number of the inlet valve of my machine. Bc the parts department is closed on Sunday they’re refusing to tell me the information they can see on their screen to help me. This is now minute 32 of my 4th phone call, hours of time looking online for an answer, and driving down to my local appliance store for help.
In addition, wherever their service department is located, their English is not great and their telephone technology subpar. It makes it really difficult to explain the issue. Over and over again.
