Have a Gastop stove with 5 flimsy plastic control knobs. The crappy plastic stem that connects it to the stove is so cheaply made it took 2 lousy months of normal use for it to break. Well, no problem, I’ll just replace this $5 part with LGParts.com, a LG owned company. WRONG. Called them and was quoted $45+tax+$10 shipping. Yay, that’ll be $75 bucks said the LG staffer. I complained about what a ripoff this was … and the line went dead.
