Disgustingly poor quality refrigerator and worse service. Three people, including senior staff, called and promised rapid follow up and a return call.NEVER HAPPENED!
This piece of junk fridge is 2 years old, under warranty, making the loud constant noise of a broken compressor. The first LG agent I spoke to said I had to listen to the noise for 24 hrs before she could make an appointment. She never called back. Ditto for the next two which were supposedly escalated agents.
