I am extremely disappointed with both the product and customer service. I purchased a full suite of LG appliances, but my dishwasher soon stopped drying properly. Despite having a technician visit four times, they insisted it was working without allowing the full cycle to complete and verify the issue. On the last visit, the technician didn’t install the dishwasher correctly, which damaged my kitchen cabinet door. Now, instead of one issue, I have two.
