Happy Thanksgiving! Thankful that Jeffers McGill stood behind the product you manufacture even though LG would not. Too bad their actions don't don't reflect LG's service to the customer. "Doing what's Right"! I think that will make the first excellent LG review!
The short story, Linear Inverter Compressor(10year warranty) quit working while we were on vacation, 2 years from date of purchase. LG replaced the compressor. 11 months later the compressor quit again. After months without a refrigerator and many, many calls to LG, LG said they would not replace compressor again. We contacted who we bought it from and they replaced our refrigerator (with same model) even though LG would not stand behind their warranty. Thankful that their are people that will do the Right Thing still around. I would hope that LG would reimburse them but I doubt it. Lg's recording when i called said "please hold we see you have called many times so well direct you to a live agent)
