LG does not care about their customers. I requested to return an item and was told that I had to pay to have it returned (water filter, how much could that really cost them??). That is completely unacceptable. When I tried to find a "Customer Care Team" representative I was rerouted to tech support and then routed back to their automated system.
This is especially irksome given the following:
