I have to pay a repair service fee for a faulty manufacturing error, not a customer error. When playing a streaming service, the TV will freeze and then say that it is not connected to Wifi. Yet, when I go into the settings, it says that it is not only connected to the Wifi but that the Wifi is connected to the internet. I went on LG's website and followed each "solution" customers have apparently been able to use to fix the problem and it didn't work. Turns out, it is a hardware issue that requires me to have to pay someone to fix my TV. How is it that I have to pay for something that has nothing to do with someone I did, but everything to do with the company. I asked her this question very frustratedly and she then told me it was my fault for having to pay for the repair. I told her I was done talking to her and to hang up so that I could do the customer service review, which the automated robot told me would be there after the call was finished. However, she then put me on hold so I couldn't rate her, so this is my rating. She was absolutely unprofessional and the issue I have still remains unresolved. It is unacceptable for a customer to pay for an issue that is a fault on the company. I hope no one ever buys from this company or be prepared to have to pay for something you didn't contribute to.
