Worst customer service ever in my life.
I called for service for my 7 month old
Range because 2burners would go on at the same time when I only turned on one.
I called multiple times and finally got to speak to a live person that told me to pull out the range and unplug it to try to reset it myself.
What? I want a service person to come
I am not going to pull out my range to unplug it.
So after calling again multiple times trying to get service I received text messages asking if everything was fixed when I never had an appointment with a
Person come to fix it.
I called the store and they helped me by called the service department of LG. So after about a month and a half finally got
An appointment and the stove was fixed
Just by replacing a couple of plugs.
I will never ever buy another LG product
Ever.
