I placed an order on LG online store and fail to cancel it just couple hours later. The product I order is schedule to be shipped about 1 month later. The only option to me is to refuse to accept the item when it shipped however LG will charge me 15% for restocking! The CS explained their system couldn't cancel because the item had already shipped from LG warehouse to one of their shipping partner, which was internal processed. However, their T&C clearing states that customer can cancel an order as long as it has not yet shipped to the address provided during the purchase. LG is a scam and their TC is just a joke!
