Horrendous customer service! I ordered a replacement shelf for my fridge. I paid for it; It never arrived. I was unable to get in touch with anyone capable of helping me--hours waiting on hold and arguing with chat bots. I gave up after 3 hours.
My washer, dryer, and fridge are LG. Trust I will NEVER buy another LG appliance again. I cannot believe how poorly they treat customers.
I implore anyone buying a major appliance to avoid doing so--if it breaks you'l be stranded in their labyrinth of chat bots and people who can't help you
