I bought LG LRFXC2606S fridge
It started to show rust on the door after 4 months. Since it’s still under warranty, I called customer service to get some help. I was told that this is cosmetic and not covered under warranty.
My point of view is that this is a manufacturing issues. If it was coated properly that would never happen.
After long debate, They offered to send me somebody to check it out. However they charge me 450 CAD.
This is not acceptable resolution by a company I thought reputable and stand behind their products
