I purchased the LG 86QNED80 and unfortunately, it arrived broken right out of the box. What made this situation even worse was LG’s customer service. Despite reporting the issue immediately, I was told that a refund or replacement would not be possible for two months. Being left with a non-functional TV of this size and cost while waiting such an unreasonable length of time is extremely disappointing. For a premium brand, I expected far better support and accountability. This has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I cannot recommend this product or the company’s customer service.
