I purchased a ceiling fan and after install the item did not work. Requested a return which took 3 attempts to have faulty item collected. I then received an email saying that after inspection the refund would not be issued due to no fault found and signs of install. (Well it would do as I installed it to find out it had a fault) they said I can have item back but would need to pay delivery costs or they would scrap the item. I have sent many emails and tried calling with no answer.
No item nor money back. What a bad company and please do not purchase anything from them.
