“I purchased a ceiling fan and after install the item did not work. Requested a return which took 3 attempts to have faulty item collected. I then received an email saying that after inspection the refund would not be issued due to no fault found and signs of install. (Well it would do as I installed it to find out it had a fault) they said I can have item back but would need to pay delivery costs or they would scrap the item. I have sent many emails and tried calling with no answer.
No item nor money back. What a bad company and please do not purchase anything from them.”
“Possible scam company, ordered some lights over a week ago for next day delivery and they haven't turned up. No reply to emails and noone answers the phone. Money has been taken from account. They seem to be owned by lyco group. What's going on? So many others with similar issues with this company”

Ordered 2 no led decorative lights in December 2020 ( over £300 paid ) as was told 48 hr delivery.
It is now 13th April and still not received with very poor communication form company.
Have asked for refine but they igonore emails.
Have now to look at raising an action in small claims court to get money back.”
“We bought 3 outside lights back in June. One stopped working properly in November. I contacted Lighting Direct and they sent a replacement with 2 days without any quibble. This is fantastic customer service.
The lights are beautiful and very good quality.
