@lightinthebox · Retail Company - does not keep its term and conditions and internal policies. Please, all who purchase on-line be aware that they do not do refund on your order if it is cancelled within 24 hours how it is stated in their Terms and Conditions and their website. I cancelled my order in 10 min after placing it due to a mistake, but it was not possible to either to edit/correct the order nor it was processed by the Company as per what they have provided on the website. They waist my time, so I need now to raise a disput by authorising my Bank to deal with the dispute. Thanks God, I paid with the Credit Card. Be CAREFUL and do not order, try another Company - more reputable.
