I am shocked and confuse as the company send me an email the day after I place my order to ask for a picture of my bank card. Never ever I have been ask to do so. And it doesn’t make sense as the payment as been through. Here is what they say on the message: "A photo of the paid bank card with your name and last 4 digits showing (Please Note: the bank card is the one that was used for this order) Please rest assured that all information will be kept strictly confidential. When this is completed, your orders would be prioritized and shipped sooner. We have great sales and discounts on around Christmas but we never compromise our product quality and delivery time. [REMINDER] Please understand that we have a time frame of 48 HOURS to complete this process, if the documents are not provided within 48 HOURS, your order will be canceled automatically.” I feel scammed. Hopefully I will have a happy ending but right now it doesn’t look good at all. Plus their is no way to talk to someone. Very upsetting.
