VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!
“LIED ON EXPEDITE SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY. DON’T PATRONIZE THEM!!! THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY!!! THIS COMPANY TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH NO RESPECT. LIGHT IN THE BOX IS GREEDY. THEY PLAY GAME IN PROCESSING THE REFUND AND STILL ENDS IN VERY, VERY UNSATISFACTORY RESULT. I REFUSED THEIR OFFER. THEY PUT ME THRU HELL AND GAVE ME STRESS. THEY CAN HAVE THEIR OFFER AND SHOVE IT TO “WHERE THE SUN DOES NOT SHINE IN ONE OF THEIR ORIFICES”!!! If you know what I mean. I DON’T WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH “LIGHT IN THE BOX”ANYMORE. THERE ARE OTHER BUSINESSES THAT CAN SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH DIGNITY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND “LIGHT IN THE BOX”. I placed an order of almost $300 and paid for the Expedite Service $32.66 for 3-4 business days shipping on 11/01/2020. The packages were not shipped until 11/28/2020. I asked for $32.66 refund that did not show in my bank statement even up to today. After numerous online message back & forth, still no luck. I don’t recommend this company. They lied! They do not honor their “Expedite Shipping Service”. They also lied about refunding my $32.66 because my bank statement (November and up to today (12/7/2020) does not show they refunded me the $32.66. I even spoke to the my bank’s customer service if there is any pending refund of $32.66. This company, “LIGHT IN THE BOX” lied. THEY TRIED TO OFFER ME ITEMS TO CHANGE MY REVIEW WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS’ FROM 1-STAR TO 4-5 STARS.
