Refund,
I was also an unhappy customer who never received her order. I have since now received my refund. It turns out the shipping company was at fault because order was never delivered to me and communication for either delivery or picking up of order was communicated well with myself. Since a lodged a complaint and followed up with a review, customer center made contact with me and I was assisted by a lady named Rebecca. She admitted to the shipment's company being at fault and assured me that I will get a refund. I am happy to have my money back.
