I ordered a jumper for my daughter in law it arrives and felt so soft ans nice however there was a hole right in the middle at the front it seems during some stage the wool thread pulled and broken also some
Loose wool on front. Upon trying to return and get my full refund it has been a constant battle with their customer services offering me a percentage off if I kept the garment etc. I am still battling with them I wanted a perfect jumper not imperfect, I purchased another as a gift for Xmas . I’ve requested a returns label and done everything right to their own written policies yet they refuse my rights to a full refund. I am now waiting Yet again for their response and hopefully my refund. Why do companies not stick to their own policies (terms & conditions) I would have liked to have written a glowing review because the jumper nice but ruined by customer services. I even sent photos as proof after delivery . I hope they do the right thing and refund me.
