I ordered two toys on 15/12/20 as christmas presents paid over £12 for fast delivery to ensure they were delivered before Christmas, I did email the company before they were shipped, who guaranteed delivery before christmas. I have now had a text from DHP stating they won't be delivered until 29/12/20 and I would first need to pay £19.24 for import duty before they can be delivered. I have requested a refund but this has been rejected by this appalling company.
I would definitely never buy again from this company and would recommend others do not either.
