Ordered a t shirt for my dad for Xmas which took a while to arrive (it was unclear before purchase that it was shipping from China). On arrival it was too large but when I contacted for an exchange I was informed I would have to pay postage to return it to China to get any sort of exchange or full refund so was instead offered 10% of price refund (grand total of 90p) or 20% of the value in a gift form (£1.40 which could only be used if I ordered something else). Horrendous customer service, they blame the customer if the size or anything else is wrong. Now attempting to claim chargeback through bank or PayPal From these clowns. For anyone else thinking of buying, don’t. Go and find an alternative place where you can easily return or refund. If you decide to order, they will tell you it is Chinese sizes ( rubbish as I have bought from Chinese manufacturers before and everything comes up small) but they are actually about 5 sizes larger than any size in the U.K. Their concept of medium is closer to XXXL in U.K. sizing and this is not stated anywhere clearly
