I recently bought two wall hangings, which turned out to be very high quality and incredibly good value. Dispatch was taking longer than expected, so I queried it with them and soon received a reassuring reply. Pre-Christmas demand was higher than they'd expected, but they did eventually deliver the goods before Christmas, which was what mattered. It would help if they made it clear on the website where goods would be dispatched from and how - air mail from China being much faster than by boat! The tracking info on the account was a bit confusing, but still helpful - room for improvement there.
