DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED TO RETURN ANYTHING. The Light In The Box web site needs to be taken down and re-written. There is a clear Returns policy and in one line, deep in the text it states "we will not be responsible for the return shipping cost." Not unreasonable, except nowhere on the site does it state that the product is being shipped from China and that return shipping costs for a 1 kg package is about £35. This means that for many products making a return is not cost effective. The initial shipping cost on my order was about £8 and it would not be unreasonable to assume that the return cost would be similar. There ought to be either a company-paid voucher system to cover cost of returns or a European based warehouse to handle returns. Currently Light In The Box is effectively being fraudulent in claiming that "We aim to offer (return) services that will benefit all our customers"
