Tried reaching out several times now and only receive the same generic (dear customer) response.
I ordered a Christmas tapestry way before christmas for over £15 in total, it's now January 2nd and not only is it not here yet, they wont reply to my emails or to me demanding my refund.
Extremely rude and unprofessional, very unreliable, do not even view their stock, it's a shambles!
