The item was very slow to arrive. However, I am very impressed with Light in the Box. I ordered a product which was not what I was disappointed with, but everyone was very helpful and prompt in their response, and after some negotiations they refunded me. I am very pleased and recommend Light in the Box as a Company who keeps their word and is reliable.
