Took around three weeks for two hoodies to arrive which then did not fit me.
I have asked SIX TIMES for an address to return the items and receive a refund, which they clearly do not want to provide. My messages are either ignored or they provide other ridiculous options that are better for them, such as giving the items away and purchasing them again with a 20% discount. Ludicrous. Awful customer service and I am now £70 out of pocket. Will never use again.
Update - I have now been provided a full refund including shipping costs so am satisfied either the resolution.
