My package was split in two by the company. I am waiting for the second delivery one and the first one took a month and a half to arrive. I made a review and a complaint about the situation.
The company replied very quick telling me that they are dealing with the situation and offered a generous refund for all the inconveniences.
I am glad that customer service is taking care and answering the reviews. Hopefully everything goes as promised and of course, if I really receive what I have been told, I would remain as client.
I of course would advise the company a more transparent tracking system and a more accurate calculation for the delivery times, which would save many inconveniences.
