1. Ordered phone case, paid extra to come within 7 days.
2. Received a watch strap around 14 days later.
3. Contacted PayPal for a full refund.
4. Around 21 days later Lite in the Box tell me to send back the watch strap.
5. Sending it back will cost.money and I'm not guaranteed the full amount. PayPal is not a guarantee of a happy outcome. Lite in the Box is a scam company.
