It is not clear from the web site that this is a Chinese firm and goods are being shipped from there. They make the return process very difficult even suggesting, if item does not fit, that one gives it to a friend due to the cost of return. I have returned 2 items, posting was £25 pounds and I have not received a refund 2 months later. I cannot enter my account to make contact as it does not accept my password and the one's it sends are never recognised. I have lost over £100.
