I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered several items of lingerie in the same size, one was way too big, one a bit tight but usable. A garter described as a 3 piece with stockings came without the stockings and they said there was an option when ordering, but there is no option for garter only and the description clearly states 3 piece.
I've been emailing back and forth like 10 times now. They started with offering 20% refund or 30% credit, I said no way so they said it couldn't be returned anyway and offered 30% and 40% time. It kept going up to 50%-60% and they told me to read the return policy which I had already done and I was in the right, so I replied quoting their own policy and asking for a full refund of the two items. They got back to me agreeing to a return at MY EXPENSES, again against their own policy. I replied but they marked it as resolved and I got a reply saying they can't find the ticket. I've now escalated to a supervisor.
I keep getting messages in the meanwhile saying that I have £6 about to expire, but that's a voucher if you spend £37 which I clearly would never do after this experience.
Stay clear. You might be lucky once but if you have a problem - and it's likely if you order a few things - you're never gonna see the end of it.
Disgraceful.
