Selling and charging for items they dont have. Ordered bag and shoes matching set. Noticed partial refund, contacted them told no bag. Asked for order to be cancelled and full refund, told no, had to wait for shoes to be sent, received, returned at my own cost. Postage from them takes around 4 weeks. Lodged complaint but they still sent shoes 4 days later, thanked me for my understanding and refused to deal with complaint.
