I ordered a face that arrived already scratched in an open and damaged box. After requested pictures sent I was told it was not damaged and was also a disposable product and therefore not eligible for a refund. This product was definitely scratched on arrival and is also
re-used my many health care professionals by simply washing after use. I was offered a discount on my next order but why would I order anything else from a company who doesn’t work to satisfy a potential repeat customer and appears to sell poor quality products!
Very disappointed and will never again order from or recommend this company!
