Truly horrendous after sales customer service, in fact that is completely under selling the point.
They have zero after sales service.
They are an absolute disgrace!
Their returns and refunds policy is a joke. They have deliberately made product returns, exchanges and refunds impossible. It's practically invisible on the website.
You will spend an age trawling through their website, trying to locate their policies and all you'll find, after what you'll find feels like hours, is a contact box, which invites you to leave a "Ticket" with reasons why you want to return your items etc. No return address mind. They only want your money!
If and when they get around to replying, they will try to suggest that you have not met the criteria for their "Ticket" as they refer to it. There will no doubt be a suggestion that the files, or photos (of your purchase) are not in an approved format, or your email exceeds the 40MB file size that they can accept. Regardless of whether you met their parameters or not.
I have to date sent 4 emails and now, only because I gave them an ultimatum and 7 day timeline, they have tried to be more amicable in suggesting that, as the postage to China is expensive, I may prefer to keep the junk they sent to me and accept 10 or 20% of the original value in return as my refund. Still no return address or instructions mind!
In one area of their website, there is a suggestion that European customers can return products back to their EU wharehouse... why China us quoted in the reply I got, is beyond me.
Do yourself a favour. Avoid these guys!
