I’m really really disappointed by the company policy you have. It is not a good way of retaining customers if someone has to fork out £45/50 to return an item. The suggestion to pass on the item as a gift is borderline ridiculous.
It’s better to be clear, open and accessible in your policies but it garners longer term customer loyalty.
In this case, I won’t be using your platform again to buy anything
