After waiting 3 months for a suit I ordered for my daughters wedding, numerous contact s with their customer service, when it finally did arrive it was completely the wrong size. Their explanation was that it was made to Chinese pattern, but surely when they say uk size 12 that s what it should be not end up looking more like a uk size 8. As it cost £144, I asked to return it and get a refund, they refunded me £57 mainly because of the delay, but the return was made as difficult as possible, saying I had to pay for the return postage to China, which had to be by the post office only and I could not use any other courier, then it had to pass their checks and if they were satisfied they would refund £70 but this could take up to 30 days after they received the item. I checked and the postage was going to cost £63 therefore making it not viable to return. They did offer me 10% refund and keep the item or 20% credit to buy something else, as if I’d buy anything else from them. Their clothes look lovely in the photos but it’s just not worth spending a lot on these clothes. I know you get what you pay for but £144 is a lot to spend on something that just isn’t worth it. An expensive lesson learnt.
