I ordered a phone wallet for my phone. They sent me a phone wallet for a different phone.
I was told that I had to return the product to China at my own expense but that this could be expensive for me. They suggested that I should consider taking a 10 % refund instead and keeping the wrong product.
Lots of back and forth and still no positive result. Its not a lot of money but as a matter of principal.
