This is the worst company I have ever purchased clothing from. I ordered two white, so called ‘hiking’ jackets in different sizes as I had heard there were sizing issues. The items arrived separately on different dates. I hardly know where to start with my opinion of these items. The photo’s were very appealing, pure white and smart. In reality the items were made of shockingly thin, shoddy, off colour cheap, polyester fabric and the drawstrings to the hood and along the hem were a cheap off white/dirty grey rope. These jackets, if you could accept the off white dirty colour was also thin polyester, summer weight, lined with cheap dress lining, no padding or quilting for warmth. Definitely not ‘Hiking/Winter’ weight. I applied to return the jackets, and was told that returns to China proved not be cost effective and would I like a ‘reward’ of 20% !! No I think not. I am £76 out of pocket…do not use this company !!
