I ordered two Halloween costumes at the end of Sept. I was told they shipped 2nd October. Was quoted 5-7 days for delivery.
It’s now the 29th Oct. I cannot contact the company- no phone number- I raised a ticket- no response. I want a refund as the costumes are no good to me after Halloween. Do not buy from this company. They are a scam!
