Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! I have never had such a terrible experience ever. Light In The Box never delivered my parcel. When I tract my parcel, it was apparently sent to a store for me to collect. When I enquired about that, they told me it will be sent to a more convenient (another store) for my collection, that did not happen. Thus I did not receive my parcel. I continued following up, after which they told me to contact their customer service centre. I did with no resolve. I requested a refund, which you can imagine was also Rejected! Can anyone tell me if Light In The Box is a company of SCAMMERS?
THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. VERY FRUSTRATING. They deal with a company called Buffalo Logistics, which made no effort whatsoever to get my parcel to a convenient pick up point. No only did I pay for delivery to my door, which did not happen, I was not refunded for my parcel or my delivery. Terrible companies, truly felt like I wax being scammed. I felt patronized by Baffalo Logistics and still no resolve my telephone calls to them was not getting me anywhere. Light In The Box was awful. I would suggest "STAY AWAY" you pay for items you will never receive.
