Will never order from this company again. Very bad experience. Ordered a surprise blouse for my sister. I was absolutely devastated to find out that the blouse didn't fit and was of inferior quality. Waited a full month for delivery. The cost of the blouse was R351.79 and transport R184.86. Very expensive mistake. Reading through the countless reviews, the general consensus is that any form of refund is just a dream or should I say nightmare. Why is this company still allowed to trade in this country. Is there an ombudsman who should be looking in to all the reviews below of disappointed customers. Shame on you!!!!!!!
