I ordered two dresses and a shirt for my husband and I to wear at a renaissance wedding I measured myself measured my husband in order to accordingly to their measurements in inches and centimeters both two dresses in the shirt did not fit at all they were nowhere near the same measurements that they have on their website when I contacted them right after receiving them they first sent me back a thing and said one of them was not able for return or exchange and I could either pay all the stuff to have it sent back to China or I could have a 50% off my replacement item without having to send it back when I sent back that saying that I could I would accept that then they told me that none of the stuff was available for exchange returned or refund in any way I have copies of all of their messages that they sent their website is falsely advertised false advertisement please do not buy from this company. Even though my dress both of them and the shirt still had their tags on them they're in mint condition all we did was take them out of Pat's triangle put them back in the package even though the box was torn up nothing was wrong with them all I wanted was an even exchange I was even willing to accept the 50% or mailing them back at my cost but now they won't do anything they keep saying that they're all non returnable.
This is a scam!!!! They will not honor their return policies they do not honor any policies and it's coming from China. You're better off ordering from an American company or at least from Amazon where you can have free returns.
