POOR QUALITY ITEM. POOR CUSTOMER AFTER SALES SERVICE.
I purchased a ladies Jacket which arrived looking and feeling more like a cheap tee shirt with a collar!
I requested a return and full refund, but was 'eventually' asked to accept the item with a 60% refund, after various lower offers. I finally accepted, as the return postage I would have to pay would out way the price of this useless item. THE REFUND WAS NEVER PAID! I asked on multiple times where it was, and was IGNORED! I have informed LIGHTINTHEBOX that I would be leaving a relevant review, to WARN OTHER customers. BE AWARE people!
