I ordered 18 items totaling $305.84 on March 29th after paying expedited shipping charge of $71.30 I received my order on April 25th and immediately started the return process for 8 items because some are so different from the pictures and the quality is just horrible. When I try to process returns, I was only able select one item at a time and when I tried to select another item to return it does not allow me to do it under same order number. I received an email that this company want me to accept 15% of what I paid? My God I just opened the boxes and I replied to the email I reject the offer and want instruction how to return but still no response. When I tried to process again I am receiving email stating "We are contacting you to inform you that our records show that there is another ticket in our system, we are deleting this ticket and move forward using the other ticket." When I tried to enter the ticket number, I am getting "this ticket is now closed". This company is so deceptive and fraudulent business practices. The items I received look noting like the photos on their website. I need my money back in the amount of $107.46. Pair of earrings that I ordered came in a plastic bag and only part of 1 earring was in the bag. This company has not contacted me about the refund request and I guess I will never my money back. Lesson learn is never to order anything from China and never ever buy from this " light in the box".
