I ordered an ivory jacket to go with a dress I have bought for a wedding which I’m positive I put size 12 on, I contacted the company to inform them I needed the size changed as it had not been shipped yet and was told that the item was a made to order selection. This meant that if I cancel I would only get 50% back and a handling fee would be charged if I changed the size or requested an handling fee! I have searched their site and looked at my order confirmation and there is nothing that states it is made to order or their handling fee or that o get only 50% back, I have refused to pay the handling fee and insisted on a full refund.
